You may think, what does Ice Camp have to do with running? It has everything to do with running.
What does going for a run and being in the cold have in common? A strong mentality.
The common thread of doing hard things is persevering through the difficulties and having the willpower to finish what you start. You can sink deeper into the cold plunge and you can push through the final mile of your run.
Think summer camp… meets a wellness retreat… meets a community meet-up… in the winter!
You’ll cut a hole in a frozen lake… to take the plunge. You’ll chop wood for the sauna… to sweat and detox. You’ll get coached through the Wim Hof Method and other breathing techniques… to harness new energy. You’ll be guided through moonlight meditation and Yoga Nidra to wind down your mind, body, and nervous system before bed.
You’ll hang out by the bonfires and bond with our incredible community… new and familiar faces. You’ll eat incredible food, listen to live music, and hear from world-class speakers… all so you can relax and learn something new.
Ice Camp takes place at a fully supported campground with heated cabins, electricity, and clean running water. All food, hot and cold beverages provided. While many activities are outdoors, we will sleep in heated cabins
On top of yoga, hiking, walk and talks, breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, bonfires and breakout sessions, we have created three unbelievable experiences for our “campers.”

WHAT: Ice Camp is going down at a fully supported campground clean running water, electricity, and heated cabins. All food, hot and cold beverages included. Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available. On top of yoga, hiking, breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, and breakout sessions, we have put together three unbelievable events for our “campers”.
1. SILENT “MONK” MEDITATION
Ever wonder what it’s like to go on a silent retreat? Get ready to experience something truly unique and powerful. We’ve carved out a few hours to create our own version of what’s referred to as Vipassana, one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques, which means to see things the way they are. Get ready to reset and experience something incredible during this once-in-a-lifetime silent mediation.
2. COLD AS ICE 5K
You can sign up for a 5K anywhere… but can you say you’ve run a 5K on a frozen lake… in freezing conditions? Welcome to the first-ever All Day Running Co. “Cold As Ice” 5K! This is your chance to run or walk one of the coldest 5K’s in the USA!!
3. FROZEN LAKE SUBMERSION
Some people walk on hot coals… we prefer to jump in frozen lakes. Join us to overcome any self doubt and fear as you cut a hole in the ice and submerge into Lake Minnetonka with our team of experts. As part of our contrast therapy session, you will be taught the art of cold water submersion and guided through a proper hot/cold group training session with breathwork, movement and sauna.
