The BONEFROG Challenge was created by Navy SEALs to challenge, build and inspire participants to become better athletes and recognize that they can do anything they set their minds to, while enjoying the camaraderie and teamwork usually reserved for active duty Navy SEALs.
While the course is challenging and demanding with 20+ obstacles over 3-9 miles, BONEFROG offers something for everyone! From the beginner to the elite, you will be pushed and you will be tested… but you will be encouraged and supported along the way.
Military members spend a great deal of time away from their families. As a result, whenever we can, we include the entire family in all that we do. BONEFROG offers fun and activities for all ages! Let the kids come watch you race and then let them loose on our Tadpole kids course where they can play in the mud and race on scaled down obstacles just like mom and dad.
Tickets are now available for the 2023 BONEFROG at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster, PA on September 2nd, 2023!

If you’re saying to yourself “but can I do this?” The answer is YES! This course will challenge seasoned racers and be fun for beginners. We will have options for all! Oh and if you’re in it to win it – the competitive wave is offering $100 + a free BONEFROG race to the top overall male and female, $75 + a free BONEFROG race to the 2nd place male and female and $50 + a free BONEFROG race to the 3rd place male and female!

2) Competitive: Compete for cash prizes!
3) Military/First Responder Team Wave
4) Tadpole (Kids): a special separate 1/2 mile course just for kids 12 and under! Yes, they get a medal! (Parents/family may help the kids and run along side at no cost)
Unlike other brands, there are no hidden fees. Your registration covers the event, parking, bag check, and insurance! The only fee you pay will be from the payment processing company (RunSignup).
*Please note, there are no refunds for any reason – you may transfer to another wave (additional fees apply to transfer into competitive wave or to transfer at a later time after a price increase) or transfer a registration to another participant.

*Please note that all start times are subject to change depending on number of registrations and the weather. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. In the event of extreme weather (lightening, hail, tornado, or other act of God) we will delay the event until the weather clears. Our team will do everything possible to keep to a schedule but we thank you for your understanding ahead of time!
