THE LONG RUCK

If you outlast everyone else, you win. There is no finish line and no time cap. If it takes forever, we’ll ruck forever. The question is: how long can you last?

There are two divisions: Male and Female (two winners).

Packing List – required

A GORUCK rucksack (Rucker recommended) – must have reflectivity
Ruck Plate in your rucksack
- Men = 20 lb.
- Women = 20 lb.
Water/Hydration. 4 Liters.
Headlamp
Dry Bag (or equivalent)
Windbreaker or waterproof jacket
Any medication you might need
Photo ID
Cell Phone (Emergency use only)
Watches are approved
Sustenance items recommended
