NEW this year – All the best of Ragnar Trail, packed into a single day. Ragnar Trail Sprint Florida is on December 2, 2023, the last Ragnar of the year at Alafia River State Park, just 30-ish miles southeast of Tampa.

Teams of 3 will set out to conquer two incredibly unique, clean single-track trails. You’ll run past emerald green pools, palm trees, giant ferns, and hardwood forests, through a sandy stretch and a rollercoaster of hills. The lush, green jungle will make you feel like you’ve transported back in time—keep an eye out for dinosaurs.
