Rep It Out UK Returns! The same sex pairs CrossFit Licensed competition of 2023 that will have you bouncing on and off the arena floor! The event is accessed via online qualifiers, and the finals will then take place on the 18th & 19th November.

Registration for the qualifiers is open now! The qualifiers will take place between the 30th June – 20th July. The qualifiers will be completed individually and the total score will be taken from the total across all submissions for your team.

Qualifiers will run in the same sex pairs divisions; Scaled, Middle Ground, Rx and Elite.
