5K or 5 Mile Road Race, 5 Mile Trail Race, Double Take 9.5 Mile Road/Trail Race

Who can turn down a morning in Garden of the Gods? We’ll close the park to traffic, so runners can enjoy their race, traffic free! Choose between a 5k or 5 Mile course through the Garden of the Gods. Runners can choose between a road race or a trail race! Beginning in 2022, we’ve be added a 5 Mile Trail Race! Closed roads and beautiful scenery make this race through “America’s Most Beautiful Park a must do!

Starts and finishes on Gateway Road off of 30th Street and travels through Garden of the Gods Park on closed to traffic roads​​

Course Cutoff Information:

The course will close at 9:30 AM. The Double Take runners must enter the trail portion of the course by 8:15 a.m. If you miss the 8:15 a.m. cutoff, you will be directed to finish the 5 mile Road Race instead.
